1. Evenness
Good evenness and minimal quantitative fluctuation are the basic guarantees for producing high-quality paper. The fiber distribution of kraft paper is uniform, and the fluctuations of indicators such as thickness, tightness, and air permeability are small, which can ensure uniform absorption of coatings and reduce color differences during processing. The production of base paper requires that the quantitative difference of the horizontal banner is as small as possible. Uneven quantitative results in the failure of the cigarette factory nozzle machine to connect the nozzle normally. 4. Other performance indicators
Other performance indicators include holes, folds and swing edges. If there are holes, it will cause the coating to stick to the roller during printing or glue leakage during gluing on the splicing machine, so there should be no obvious holes. The folds in the base paper will affect the printing, rewinding and splicing machine operation, and affect the appearance quality.
